Refund policy
Overview
At High Melts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy. If it’s been less than 30 days since your order, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging it came in. If you’ve used part of your product or have concerns, contact our support team at support@highmelts.com, and we’ll work with you on the best solution.
In some cases, only a partial refund may be available, but we’ll always do our best to assist.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time to post.
- Contact your bank for processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact support@highmelts.com, and we’ll provide instructions.
Gifts
- If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, refunds will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, contact support@highmelts.com, and we’ll instruct you on where to mail it.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
