States We Cannot Ship To

Due to state laws, High Melts cannot currently ship hemp-derived THCA products to the following states:

Hawaii (Administrative Regulation)
Idaho (HB 126)
Indiana (Indiana Code § 35-48-4-10.1)
Kansas (HB 2167 — law prohibiting sale/shipment of THC-containing hemp products)
Kentucky (Administrative Regulation)
Louisiana (HB 758)
Mississippi (HB 1234)
New York (Requires sale through licensed cannabinoid hemp retailer or processor per 9 NYCRR Part 114)

If you reside in one of these states, your order will be canceled and refunded. We encourage you to visit NORML.org to learn how you can help shape local laws.

Legal Compliance

All High Melts products are hemp-derived and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, in full compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Every product is third-party lab tested by a DEA-registered facility to confirm cannabinoid content and compliance. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on our website. Learn more: https://www.ams.usda.gov/rules-regulations/hemp/dea-laboratories

Shipping Guidelines

We only ship to U.S. states where hemp-derived THCA is legal. It is your responsibility to understand the laws in your state before ordering.

Products are shipped via USPS or UPS, following all carrier and federal hemp policies. For reference:

All orders are packaged discreetly in smell-proof, unbranded materials. Shipping labels accurately list hemp content and origin to ensure transparency and compliance.

Shipping Returns

If you need to return your item, email support@highmelts.com for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable service or shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
